1. How can Jireh internet bookstore provide services to the overseas customers?
The services of Jireh will cover most parts of the
world. Through our internet bookstore, you can order
your favorite products. You can pay the bill by using
the bank remittance service. Jireh can send the products
to you through different types of delivery service
directly. You can either choose to deliver the products
to overseas or any parts of China.
2. How much should I pay?
Total payment = product price + package fee + delivery
fee.
3. How to calculate the delivery fee?
(a) If the ordered items are not big:
Mail to Hong Kong:
We will choose private express delivery. The price is about RMB30 for the first kilogram. Then RMB12/kg for the rest of the weight. Usually it takes 2 days to reach you.
Mail to other countries:
Usually, we will choose express mail service(EMS) which is managed by China Post. You can also choose your own favorite delivery service company.
(b) If the ordered items are big, we will recommend you to use post service. The following shows the postage rate of China Post:

4. How can I pay?
Customers can use bank remittance service to transfer money to our bank account in bank of China. The details are as followings:

If you pay by RMB, please pay the amount according to the invoice.

5. What should I do if I want to order?
1. Browse our website to find the required products.
2. Order the products through the internet or by sending
us email or faxing. Please provide the following recipient
information to us in your email or fax:
Name in english, Address in english, Zip code, Contact number, Email address and the choice of delivery service*
3. Upon getting your order, we will contact you about the total payment of your order.
4. Upon getting your remittance, we will send you the ordered items.
*Customers had better provide two different recipient information to us.
6. What is the standard rate of delivery of EMS?
